Harley-Davidson of Erie believes that your shopping experience should be easy,
enjoyable and have a "No Hassle" return policy. We will do our best to get you
in and out as quickly and easily as possible. However, we have to set a few
guidelines that we must follow. A receipt will be required for all refunds. If
you do not have a receipt you will be able to exchange the item, get an in store
credit or a gift card. Unfortunately some items are non-returnable, such as,
electrical parts (including batteries), painted parts, and helmets for safety
reasons. Some special order returns are subject to a restocking fee based on the
restocking fee charged to us by the vendor. Refunds need to be made within 30
days, and exchanges need to be within 90 days. Please let us know if you have any
